A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
• Appointments may only be rescheduled once with the required notice.
• Any late cancellations or further reschedules will result in the session being forfeited.
Missed appointments or “no-shows” will be charged in full and deducted from the package.
